The I-95 Kick Off Classic is one of the most prestigious High School Football events on the East Coast.
It features 3 days of excellent High School Football. This event is fast becoming a Labor Day Weekend tradition. Two Prince George’s County Schools and one Prince George’s County venue are a big part of the event. Dr Henry Wise Plays Franklin High School (Baltimore) on Friday September 2, at 5:00 pm at Morgan State University and DeMatha plays Loyola (Baltimore) at 1:45 p.m. at Morgan State University on Saturday September 3rd.
Bowie State hosts two I 95 Kick Off Classicgames on Thursday September 1st. The 5:00 p.m. game features Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, DC) vs. Mt Saint Josephs (Baltimore). The 7:30 p.m. game has Saint Johns (Washington, DC) vs. Calvert Hall of Baltimore.
Friday’s 7:30 game at Morgan State has Gilman vs. Oscar Smith of Virginia Beach. The Saturday Morning game at Morgan State has Arch Bishop Curly (Baltimore) vs. Patterson (Baltimore). West Lake (Charles County vs. Urbana (Frederick County) is the 4:45 game at Morgan State. This game includes two of Maryland’s perennial public school powers. The 7:45 p.m. game pits Dunbar of Baltimore vs. Dunbar of DC. This game concludes the festivities at Morgan State.
