Eleanor Roosevelt Wins 2013 MPSSAA 4A Title

The Eleanor Roosevelt boys basketball team captured the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) 4A Title on Saturday March 16th. Eleanor Roosevelt defeated Magruder 61-56 in a rematch of last year’s title game. This is the first Prince George’s County boy’s basketball state title in 5 years.

The Eleanor Roosevelt (Class 4A) and Potomac (Class 3A) Boys Basketball Teams have advanced to the Maryland State Semi-Finals on Thursday March 14th:

5 PM — Class 3A: Reservoir vs. Potomac
9 PM — Class 4A: North Point vs. Roosevelt
