Soccer teams from Prince George’s County seek the best competition in the region and even international competition. Bowie’s Free State Soccer program faces competition from North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia. This program helped player’s develop the skills to help Bowie High School earn 8 Maryland Boys Soccer State Titles.
Accokeek Soccer plays games against Charles County Teams and once a year they face a team from the Bahamas.. Intra County competition is sustained by more than 30 Boys & Girls Club teams. Multiple levels of competition helps ensures that soccer is a year round sport in Prince George’s County.
